Delivery time depends on the mode of transport and the route. Air freight reaches most destinations in about 2–5 business days. FTL road shipments within Europe typically take 1–5 business days—about 1–3 to France, 2–4 to Italy, and 2–4 to Spain. For ocean freight, you should allow approximately 3–7 weeks, depending on the route. We’ll provide you with the specific timeframe in our quote.

Yes. For oversized and particularly heavy cargo, we arrange special transport services through a Europe-wide network of certified heavy-haul carriers—including route inspections, special permits, communication with authorities, and escort vehicles.

Air, sea, road, and rail transport, as well as intermodal combinations—plus special transport services for oversized and heavy cargo, and an express courier service. The right option depends on the weight, size, timeframe, and destination; we’ll discuss this during our consultation.

The price is based on weight, volume or space requirements, the transport distance, the route, and the timeframe. Additional services such as packaging, load securing, permits, and customs clearance are clearly itemized in the quote. You will receive a non-binding total quote before work begins.

Our legal and contractual liability is covered by freight forwarder’s liability insurance. In cases of high-value goods or special risks, we can also arrange customized cargo insurance for your shipment. We will coordinate the scope and costs with you before the shipment begins.

We prepare all necessary export and accompanying documents: MRN documentation for exports to third countries, EUR.1 and A.TR. movement certificates for preferential tariffs, and certificates of origin. Upon request, we also handle letters of credit.

We will notify you immediately as soon as a delay becomes apparent, and we will work together to find a solution. German Freight Forwarders’ Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp) 2017 apply to damage claims. We will assess any damage, document it, and handle the claim with the carrier or the insurance company—your dedicated contact person will oversee this process.
